Pumpkin Tea Cake

Pumpkin Tea Cakes are not overly sweet, but a lovely moist tea cake made with Japanese Pumpkin grown right here by our own North Shore Farms in Lower Valley.   Our cake is then sprinkled with organic sugar for a spot of sweetness.   Great for a breakfast treat or afternoon snack with your tea.
