Amaretto Almond Bar

This is not your ordinary bar.  Our bar starts with a shortbread crust.  On top of that we build on an amaretto/almond cake, moist and full of flavor.  Then we glaze the top with an amaretto glaze and sliced almonds for a little added almond flavor.  A delightful treat any time of day.
